  • Use lip balm that contains an SPF of at least 30.
  • Apply at least 1oz. of sunscreen 15-30 minutes prior to going outside.
  • Reapply sunscreen every two hours, or every hour if you are sweating or swimming.
  • Do not use expired sunscreens.
