This patient in her 30s came to us seeking cosmetic breast augmentation. She had some mild asymmetry, and she wanted to go from an A cup to a B cup or small C cup. She chose to undergo bilateral subglandular (above the muscle) breast augmentation. She selected Sientra Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile Silicone Gel breast implants. To correct some volume asymmetry, a 355 cc implant was placed in her right breast, and a 305 cc implant was placed in her left breast.
