This white female patient in her 30s had a breast augmentation (also known as "Breast Enhancement Surgery", "Breast Enlargement", or even "Augmentation Mammaplasty") with the help of Dr. John O'Brien. She has always been less confident due to her small breasts and believed that breast implants would enhance them for a more defined look. She was a B cup and wanted to be a D or DD cup. She elected to go with 590 cc Sientra High Profile silicone implants placed subglandularly (above the muscle). She is very pleased with her results.
