Breast Implant Revision in St. Petersburg, Florida*

This patient is a 55 year old St. Petersburg, Florida woman. She had a breast augmentation with textured saline implants done 18 years prior by another surgeon. Her previous implants were placed sub-glandularly, and she had a very wide inter-sternal distance. She had mild capsular contractures on each side as well as some rippling. She chose to undergo removal of implants, capsulectomies, re-augmentation with silicone gel implants, and bilateral peri-areolar mastopexy (breast lift). Dr. O'Brien placed Mentor 400 cc Moderate Profile Silicone implants submuscularly (below the muscle) to give her a more natural look. She is thrilled with her results.
