Breast Augmentation Revision, St. Petersburg, FL*

This patient had a history of problems following previous breast augmentation surgery. She developed a Baker Grade III capsular contracture of the right breast. She chose to proceed with revision of the right breast. Dr. O'Brien performed a total capsulectomy of the right breast, replaced the breast implant, then he performed autologous fat grafting to both breasts to correct some contour deformities. This patient is very pleased with her breast revision results.
