St. Pete Woman Has Arm Lift Surgery*

This St. Petersburg, FL woman presented for evaluation to improve the appearance of her arms. Despite diet and exercise she was unable to lose stubborn fat in her arms. She was unhappy with her "bat wings" with saggy excess skin and stretch marks. The after pictures below are three months from arm lift surgery. Her scars will continue to fade over the next several months. She had a quick recovery, and has returned to all her lifestyle activities. PROCEDURE NOTES: Standard brachioplasty (arm lift) was performed with excision of the skin from elbow to axilla. VASER liposuction was performed for additional contouring of the upper arms.
