This patient had a long-standing history of problems with exercise as well as pain across the back, neck and shoulder area including some shoulder grooving from her large breasts. She wanted to go from a 34DD cup to a 34C cup. She chose to undergo bilateral breast reduction surgery using the vertical breast reduction technique.
