Colleen O. - Billing Coordinator

Originally from Niagara Falls, New York, Colleen has called St. Petersburg home since 1996. Colleen started her career in the aesthetics industry as a licensed cosmetologist, previously owning and managing her own salon. Colleen started working at St. Petersburg Center for Plastic Surgery as a bookkeeper in 1998. Today, Colleen is our Billing Coordinator. In this role, Colleen oversees patient billing, communications with health insurance, collections, cash posting, and account management. She loves providing excellent customer service and making the patient a priority in a terrific team environment. When not at work, Colleen loves doting on her nieces and nephews, crafting, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
