23 year old saline implants - Better than expected - I had searched for years in considering changing out my 23 year old saline implants that I had no problems with except some minor distortion on one side and a desire to have them closer. I was told by everyone it couldn’t be done. I stumbled across Dr OBrien by chance because I was interested in sientra implants and no many used them. I met him and loved that I did not long for any information. He told be 500 more things that I wouldn’t have thought to ask but was glad I knew. He made no promises but was willing to try to help me achieve my goals. Upon first seeing myself without the wrap, both of my problems were resolved and they were so much closer. Not knowing a single person who went to him, I made the best decision to trust him. He was hands on through the whole process. From my consultation, when he came to get me out of the waiting room to the day of surgery when he helped me get up on the OR table and helped position me himself. Wow!!! What doctor does that. I loved the stitch technique he chose that makes the scar look better too. I am very pleased and very thankful for great results. More
Had breast implant removal and new ones put in their place. it was a difficult surgery but Dr O'Brien made sure I came through with it all with no complications. I got the size and look I was going for. His staff is was very gentle and kind. I knew I was in good hands. More
I had breast augmentation in my twenties because I was very unevenly sized. The original implants were not stellar, but acceptable. After 30+ years they became very contracted, hard and uncomfortable. I had the old implants and scar tissue removed and replaced as well as some reconstructive work on my right breast. The results were excellent and my breasts look and feel better now than they did the first time. More
