He listened to what I wanted, made recommendations that were better for me. His bedside manner is excellent. His staff is outstanding and friendly. I was able to visit pre-op and post-op many times without being charged. I felt I was in the best care, and my results are wonderful. I highly recommend! Deep plane facelift and brow lift. part two of review - Lo and behold, two months later I got my transplant, and six months after that I was in his office again. I moved forward and got the neck lift, and it was outstanding!He took such great care of me, as did his staff. No surprises, no after surgery difficulties, and a very smooth healing period. They saw me regularly, and called in between the visits to make sure all was well. Dr. O'Brien and his entire staff are the best, most professional, and kind people you could ever hope to find.  From the initial consultation with the doctor himself, to each and every follow up appointment after my procedure, I left the office feeling exceptionally positive and very well cared for. I had a combined neck lift and ablative laser on my face.
